What are your thoughts? Do you think managing a website is considered hard work?

Yes, it can be hard work, but it's worth it in the end, managing websites keeping them up-to-day, as well as trying to make it as original as possible without going overboard can be very tedious and making such judgement calls can be consuming, but we website developers must do it.

Well, this is a rather complex question, methinks. While managing a website, blog, or a forum can be challenging, it's never really "hard" as long as you love doing it. See, for me, I love being apart of a community and managing said site that the community relies on to post. You kind of have to separate the two - the community, and the site. It makes it a little less intimidating and hard when you separate the two. xD
